By placing your order, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Our Kettle Corn is Hand-Crafted, not drop-shipped. Each order is popped and shipped fresh-to-order according to our weekly operational schedule.

1. We generally make & ship orders once per week, weather permitting. Orders can take several days to process before shipping out and can be delayed for any length of time and by any/all matters beyond our control.

2. UPS Ground delivers quickly and reliably to most areas in the Northeast & East Coast, generally 1-3 business days from date of shipping.

   Midwest & West Coast – approximately 5 business days. If you need quickly, we recommend UPS 2 Day or Overnight  to these areas.

3. Upon placing your order, a UPS tracking link will be sent to you immediately, but is not an indication that your order has been popped & shipped on this date. When UPS is actually in possession of your order, delivery estimates will be updated to reflect an actual E.T.A.. Questions: info@kettlecornnyc.com

4. Please enter your shipping address carefully. An additional shipping fee will be charged to you to change an address en-route or to re-ship an order that results in non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided with your order. Please confirm your recipient’s shipping address before submitting your order.

5. We do not use any preservatives. Our kettle corn generally stays fresh approximately 10 days to 2 weeks (longer in the Winter, shorter in the Summer). We recommend storing your kettle corn in the freezer to lock in freshness.

6. Please let us know directly if you experience any issues with freshness upon receiving your order. This may occur during transport by the shipping carrier in non climate controlled conditions, where extreme temperature variations can occur. Info@kettlecornnyc.com
